About The Position
We are seeking an enthusiastic and technically-minded IC1 Product Consultant to join our Product Consulting team. This foundational role is essential for supporting our Bank Partner sales and Ecosystem Partner teams, ensuring they have the necessary expertise to position and sell the FISPAN platform effectively. Your core focus will be on mastering the FISPAN platform fundamentals, providing accurate technical support for demonstrations, and contributing to a seamless pre-sales process. You will assist Bank Partners’ sales cycles with client product consulting, resolving routine sales blockers, and contributing to knowledge documentation. This role is crucial for developing your skills in Quality, Innovation, Leadership, and Communication within a high-stakes sales environment.
Requirements
- Background in customer service
- Experience in customer sales
- Good communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills
- Good team working skills
- Attention to detail
- Proficiency in verbal and written English (French is an asset)

- Background in business administration, SaaS, banking, or related field
Responsibilities
- Articulate product features and benefits accurately during sales presentations, ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Provide reliable technical support for product configuration and validation for sales demonstration purposes.
- Participate in client-facing and partner-facing meetings to observe, learn, and contribute to product discussions.
- Identify and promptly escalate product-related sales blockers or client objections to senior team members with clear context.
- Adhere to team processes and utilize standard sales enablement tools (CRM, demo platforms) accurately, contributing to Data Reliability.
