The Event Specialist is responsible for coordinating and fulfilling a high volume of virtual webinars and in-person events at Employee Banking and Investment (EBI) Corporate Client locations. The EBI Events Team supports EBI's client-centric Financial Wellness program, marketing initiatives, and account opening opportunities in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines driven by partner timelines. This role serves as a key point of coordination for event intake, logistics, communications, staffing, and execution, ensuring events are delivered on time, within budget, and with a focus on exceptional participant experiences. The candidate will collaborate closely with EBI Events teammates and Client Managers while partnering across lines of business, including local Market Leaders, Financial Center leadership, Financial Wellness Specialists, Workplace Benefits, Event Registration System (ERS), and Business Controls. This role is responsible for managing event requests from intake through fulfillment, balancing competing priorities, and supporting continuous improvement efforts to ensure a seamless client and participant experience. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, sound judgment, proactive communication, independent drive, and the ability to manage a high-volume portfolio of events while maintaining a focus on operational excellence and flawless execution.
