The consultant will also coordinate and facilitate Employee Relations/EEO activities, programs, and training. Employee Relations professionals bridge the gap between management and staff by addressing workplace issues, mediating disputes, and fostering a respectful environment. EEO specialists ensure compliance with employment laws, investigate complaints, and implement preventative training. The team's mission is to provide awareness, education, and expertise to mitigate risk and build a stronger workforce.
