About The Position

As part of the Enterprise Data Science and Analytics organization, this role will create and implement automated, intelligent, enterprise-wide digital automations to improve operational effectiveness and efficiency. The Consultant position will be responsible for leading all of the planning, development, and support functions for deploying and running assigned automations. This role will create and implement intelligent automation solutions that improve operational effectiveness and efficiency for Bread Financial. The Consultant is also expected to be thoughtful, innovative, and technologically savvy with a keen interest in business transformation. In addition, this role will be relied upon to educate operational teams and train team members on emerging techniques for developing and deploying automations. The Consultant will identify and lead product/service development for all work to deploy new automations and fulfill the product owner role within an agile development framework. The Consultant will support multiple centers of excellence and product/service models including process automation, new tool adoption, interaction analysis and enterprise reporting. The role is considered the leading expert in multiple automation solutions. Essential job functions include successful design and execution of Planning, Development and Support functions. The Consultant will be knowledgeable of the toolsets used, including but not limited to UiPath, Microstrategy, NICE products, Indico, etc. The role leads the identification and acquisition of new automation solutions via conducting research and educating team members about industry trends. This role defines, measures and improves the automation development processes, this role is accountable for leading high performing planning, development, and support functions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Technology, Business Management, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Analytics or equivalent work experience
  • 6+ years of relevant work experience
  • Work authorized in the United States on a full time basis without the need for any sponsorship now or in the future from any employer or organization.
  • Cannot offer employment to F-1 (student) visa holders.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and execute the framework for engaging enterprise partners to understand opportunities and level of effort in order to plan new automations.
  • Present and gain support from the various governance teams to plan the work.
  • Lead the vision for the product/service, manage backlogs and perform market research to ensure continuous improvement and deployment of market-leading, innovative solutions.
  • Accountable for throughput performance of moving work through the Planning process with a focus on duration, effort, and optimized prioritization.
  • Lead processes to define requirements, success criteria, testing and configuration and coding of solutions.
  • Lead the utilization of low code tools to build and implement complex digital workers (“bots”).
  • Lead the optimization of processes by utilizing workers, digital workers, and citizen developers.
  • Accountable for the business context management and optimization of the digital workforce across multiple functions.
  • Accountable for throughput performance of moving work through the Development process with a focus on duration, effort, and optimized configuration tactics within the tool suites.
  • Review ongoing monitoring and reporting and forecasting of digital & citizen worker performance.
  • Create and update the ongoing business case for assigned functions.
  • Interpret data, analyze results, research & investigate, help team create business goals and needs, and complete defined operational functions.
