About The Position

In this collaborative role, you will connect product development, engineering, operations, and compliance teams to ensure products meet customer needs while adhering to quality, safety, and regulatory standards. You will play a key role in bringing new products to market by managing product configurations, ensuring compliance with industry requirements, and supporting successful global product launches. As a trusted technical expert, you will help build the foundation for scalable, compliant, and high-performing products, using your attention to detail, analytical mindset, and commitment to excellence to deliver innovative solutions customers can trust.

Requirements

  • Experience in NX (preferred) or other 3D modelling
  • Experience in Microsoft Office applications
  • 5+ years of experience in product development environment
  • Experience in BOM management
  • Good work ethic
  • Strong team player
  • Well-developed communication skills both written and oral
  • Self-starter

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, IT, or Business Preferred
  • Associates Degree in Engineering , IT, or Business considered
  • Experience with PLM preferred
  • Experience with SAP

Responsibilities

  • Translate customer or business requirements into structured product configurations, ensuring consistency across builds and releases.
  • Ensure products comply with relevant standards, regulations, and internal policies (e.g., FDA/3A, safety, data privacy, industry-specific rules).
  • Manage digital or physical product builds, media libraries, and release schedules, often in agile environments.
  • Work with engineering, product management, operations, QA, legal, and compliance teams to align product features with compliance needs.
  • Maintain configuration management databases (Master Specifications) and traceability matrices to link requirements to product features.
  • Identify and mitigate compliance risks during product development and deployment.
