About The Position
Mercedes Benz of Louisville is searching for a Product Concierge to join their family. This role involves promoting the Mercedes-Benz brand in a spacious and modern facility. The Product Concierge will educate customers on vehicle features, technology, and safety, assist with personalization of vehicle settings, and act as a liaison between customers and sales consultants throughout the purchasing process.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Must be able to complete and pass background check and drug screening
- Must have a professional demeanor
- Must be detail and goal oriented
- Positive attitude
- Great customer service and follow up skills
- Previous sales experience
- Professional attire
- Ability to manage yourself when necessary.
Responsibilities
- Educate customer on vehicle features, tech, safety, etc.
- Greet and Direct customers as they enter the showroom.
- Demonstration of connecting devices, programing, navigation.
- Help customers personalize the setting in their vehicle.
- Stay in communication + follow up with customers.
- Assist customers throughout entire purchasing process acting as a liaison between the customer and sales consultant.
