About The Position

Echodyne is seeking a Product Compliance Manager to join our fast-growing team. Echodyne offers the world’s first compact solid-state true beam-steering radar for a wide range of industries and applications. Our high-performance radars work in all weather and are designed for autonomous vehicles, uncrewed aircraft & drones, and security of borders, critical infrastructure, and smart cities. The company combines the patented technology of metamaterials with powerful software to create a radar sensor with unprecedented performance at commercial price points. Echodyne offers its radars to companies working in Automotive, Transportation, Critical Infrastructure Protection, Border Security, Smart Cities, Uncrewed Aircraft Systems (UAS), and Airspace Management including Urban Air Mobility (UTM).

Requirements

  • Experience supporting software compliance, product security compliance, or engineering-focused governance programs.
  • Familiarity with vulnerability reporting, remediation tracking, SDLC controls, and audit evidence collection.
  • Ability to interpret compliance requirements and translate them into actionable engineering controls or process improvements.
  • Strong organizational, documentation, and cross-functional communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with software-relevant compliance frameworks or customer security requirements.
  • Experience working with engineering teams to operationalize compliance controls in development and release processes.
  • Familiarity with application security, secure development practices, or software assurance concepts.
  • Ability to manage multiple compliance efforts and deadlines at the same time.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with engineering, security, and product teams to help the organization meet software compliance and product security requirements.
  • Support compliance initiatives related to vulnerability reporting, remediation tracking, secure development evidence, and release-readiness artifacts.
  • Help define, document, and improve software-focused controls, processes, and evidence needed for audits, customer reviews, and internal assessments.
  • Work with security and engineering teams to align the software development lifecycle with compliance obligations and documented control requirements.
  • Monitor compliance gaps in software delivery practices and drive follow-up actions to support ongoing readiness.
