About The Position

Hypha Metrics is redefining how media data is measured, connected, and understood. Our platform provides the foundational infrastructure that powers audience insights for the modern media ecosystem. We help clients make smarter decisions by transforming fragmented data into unified, actionable intelligence. We’re looking for a Product Commercialization Lead who will bridge the gap between product, sales, and marketing—ensuring our platform evolves in lockstep with client needs and market opportunities. The Product Commercialization Lead will play a pivotal role in aligning product strategy with market demand. This person will collaborate closely with clients, product managers, and commercial teams to translate insights into actionable product direction, support sales enablement, and drive go-to-market readiness for new capabilities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in product strategy, solutions consulting, sales engineering, or product marketing
  • Background in analytics, media measurement, ad tech, or a related data-driven industry
  • Proven ability to translate market feedback into product direction
  • Track record of success collaborating across product and commercial teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with audience measurement, consumer behavior analysis, or media research
  • Strong communicator with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Exceptional analytical thinker with ability to distill patterns and insights from complex feedback
  • Skilled in client engagement and solution shaping
  • Proficient in analyzing large structured datasets and developing insight-rich summaries
  • Strong prioritization and decision-making skills aligned with product roadmap management
  • Working knowledge of SQL, Python, or other data tools (or demonstrated ability to learn quickly)
  • Deep curiosity about media ecosystems—streaming, television, and digital

Responsibilities

  • Market & Product Alignment
  • Engage with clients and prospects to identify needs, gaps, and emerging opportunities
  • Translate client requirements into product specifications and enhancement requests
  • Develop use cases and playbooks demonstrating Hypha’s value in real-world applications
  • Partner with sales and account teams to prepare materials, insights, and analyses that showcase product impact
  • Act as a key voice shaping product roadmap decisions based on market trends and competitive intelligence
  • Ensure commercial strategy and product development remain synchronized across planning cycles
  • Data & Insights Support for Commercial Use
  • Dive deeply into Hypha panel data to uncover insights and narratives for sales and marketing applications
  • Build custom analyses for strategic client pitches and partnerships
  • Collaborate with marketing to create thought leadership and category insights
  • Translate complex data into clear, compelling product narratives and proof points
  • Cross-Team Leadership
  • Serve as the commercial voice within the product organization
  • Partner closely with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to inform development priorities
  • Communicate product roadmap updates and upcoming releases to commercial stakeholders in a clear, actionable format
