About The Position

As a Commercialization Intern, you will gain hands-on experience providing
day-to-day strategic support and coordination of activities through the
successful commercialization of projects. This is primarily a project management
role.  This includes new items, changes to existing products and/or efficiency
initiatives. You will work with Commercialization Managers to support
cross-functional teams, acting as ambassadors of our internal tools and
resources, to ensure customer needs, project progression and timelines are met. 
You will work to build and drive consensus while delivering world-class service.

Requirements

• You are a motivated student who is passionate about project management, product-launch marketing, supply chain and/or working in the manufacturing industry.
• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master's degree.
• Position requires excellent oral and written communications, self-motivation, team-oriented work practices, strong organizational skills, multitasking ability, and excellent computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment to assist Commercialization Managers with product specifications across a variety of stakeholders data.
• Review and process changes in the project management lifecycle tool on existing and new business opportunities, under the direction of a Commercialization Manager.
• Provide support in cross-functional setup executions that drive business performance and processes between finance, plant operations, R&D, supply chain, master data, engineering, PPG, demand, and production planning.
• Support the Commercialization Team leadership in duties assigned within the commercialization process and in collaboration with Master Data technical teams.
• Support and assist Commercialization team with any production, quality, or development testing within the project lifecycle tool.
• Ability to effectively deal with work and time pressures to accomplish job requirements in an efficient and effective manner.
• Monitoring and assisting in the progress of assigned commercialization project tasks in accordance with project timelines.
• This internship will consist of one main commercialization project that will contribute to the overall Project Lifecycle at Refresco.
