This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to foster a product-centric culture and guide them in adopting product thinking and agile methodologies. The coach will help teams connect OKRs to individual work items, provide clear KPIs for product performance, and offer mentorship and training on product management best practices. Key responsibilities include coaching teams on product lifecycles, developing product roadmaps aligned with business objectives, conducting market research, and facilitating workshops to drive innovation. The role also involves monitoring product performance metrics, developing training materials, and contributing to the SAFe implementation strategy for UPS. This includes piloting Agile Release Trains (ARTs), conducting executive workshops for agile transformation, establishing Lean Portfolio Management, and designing value streams. A deep understanding of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) is essential, including coaching Product Managers, Product Owners, Release Train Engineers, Scrum Masters, and Team Members, as well as designing value streams and initiating release trains.
