About The Position

As the PCM for the Confections portfolio, you will be the engine driving our innovation and renovations launches for our Confections portfolio. As a Product Change Manager, you are the driving force that transforms innovation into tangible outcomes. You will lead the coordination of product and packaging changes through effective project planning, execution, control, and a strong sense of ownership. In this role, you'll connect functions, solve problems, and keep projects moving fast. You will gain end-to-end exposure to the product development lifecycle and have the opportunity to grow your capabilities as a project leader in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Requirements

  • 2+ years’ experience in project coordination, execution, or product commercialization within FMCG or related industries.
  • Foundational knowledge of project management processes and tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities and timelines.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Bachelor`s degree in Business, Engineering, Food Science, or related field.

  • PMP certificate and Accolade experience are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned projects through the full project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and in compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and risk registers.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, ensuring alignment of deliverables across R&D, Supply Chain, Quality, Marketing, and Regulatory.
  • Lead status meetings and manage project communications to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
  • Monitor and control project performance, proactively identifying and mitigating risks, and issues.
  • Maintain project documentation and ensure data integrity.
  • Apply project management best practices following Mondelez methodologies and frameworks.
