Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field
5+ years of experience in product management, category management, or product development within the automotive or powersports aftermarket
Strong knowledge of performance aftermarket products and enthusiast markets
Proven ability to identify opportunities and lead new product introductions
Strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills

Nice To Haves

Experience with stage-gate product development processes
Familiarity with vehicle fitment data and aftermarket distribution channels
Passion for automotive or powersports performance

Responsibilities

Category Strategy & Growth
Develop and execute category growth strategies to increase revenue and market share
Identify new product opportunities through market research, competitive analysis, and vehicle platform trends
Build and manage product roadmaps aligned with business objectives
Product Innovation
Lead product ideation and translate customer needs into product concepts and requirements
Serve as the voice of the customer throughout the development process
Partner with engineering to deliver differentiated, high-performance products
Market & Competitive Intelligence
Monitor trends in the automotive and powersports performance aftermarket
Analyze competitor products, pricing, and positioning
Evaluate vehicle platforms and data to prioritize product opportunities
Product Launch & Lifecycle Management
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to develop go-to-market strategies
Define product positioning, features, and value propositions
Track category performance and adjust strategies to drive growth
