About The Position

A Product Builder is a hands-on, cross-functional operator responsible for improving product quality, accelerating development, and removing friction across teams. This role combines elements of QA, product management, operations, and user research to ensure software is reliable, user-focused, and efficiently delivered.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree or 2 years of experience
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality assurance (QA) on software releases to ensure functionality, stability, and a high-quality user experience
• Investigate operational pain points within the voting team and across partner teams, identifying root causes and proposing scalable solutions
• Remove roadblocks in software design and development by coordinating across engineering, product, and operations
• Conduct customer interviews to gather insights, validate assumptions, and inform product improvements
• Leverage AI tools and workflows to increase productivity, streamline processes, and enhance team output across the organization
