Requirements

Intermediate proficiency (Basic skills/knowledge. Capable of functioning independently) in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)
At least 1 year of Logistics/Manufacturing experience

Nice To Haves

Working knowledge of G2 and DataMarts
Willing to work overtime as needed
Self-motivated and self-starter
Ability to multitask and prioritize work
Caterpillar product knowledge

Responsibilities

Perform inventory audits
Analyze inventory data
Reconcile inventory discrepancies
Adhere to standard work and policies
Collaborate with different work groups to implement corrective actions
Complete required inventory audits
Rely on independent decision making and problem solving to complete job tasks
Meet deadlines
Multitask and prioritize work
Review transactional data
Drive process improvement
Following and utilizing CPS principles of 5S, Continuous Improvement Idea Reporting, Waste Elimination, and Standard Work
Have cross-functional communication to complete tasks
