About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Associate to support the development and execution of our professional eyelash product line, primarily for the online channel. This role will play a key part in bringing new products to market, from concept development to launch, while collaborating closely with R&D, design, and manufacturing teams.

Creative mindset with an eye for beauty trends and product aesthetics
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion, Cosmetics, or related field
Bilingual in Korean and English (required)
1–3 years of experience in product development, product management, or beauty industry preferred
Experience in cosmetics, lashes, or related beauty categories is a plus
Experience working with factories or vendors is a plus

Nice To Haves

Understanding of eyelash products and professional beauty market
Experience with e-commerce / online product launches
Familiarity with product lifecycle management (PLM) or similar processes
Basic knowledge of product testing, quality control, and packaging development

Responsibilities

Support end-to-end product development process for professional eyelash products (concept → development → launch)
Conduct market and trend research to identify new product opportunities in the professional beauty space
Analyze competitor products and pricing strategies to inform product positioning
Work closely with R&D to translate product concepts into viable designs and specifications
Coordinate with factories and vendors on sampling, revisions, and production timelines
Assist in developing product briefs, positioning, and launch plans
Ensure product quality, brand consistency, and performance standards are met
Support online channel readiness, including product information, assets, and content alignment
Track development timelines and ensure projects are delivered on schedule
