Requirements

A minimum of 10 years of work experience
A minimum of 3 years of experience with Bit Bucket
A minimum of 3 years of experience with Jenkins
A minimum of 3 years of experience with XLR
High School Diploma or GED

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's or Associate's degree
Banking experience
Experience as Product and Application Manager

Responsibilities

Driving and developing product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
Working closely with key stakeholders to understand requirements, build partnerships, and provide technology solutions.
Collaborating with engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of the product with a focus on quick time-to-market.
Being a subject matter expert, managing and collaborating with the team to perform effectively, taking responsibility for team decisions, engaging with multiple teams, contributing to key decisions, and providing solutions to problems within your immediate team and across multiple teams.
Leading the development and communication of product strategies that align with business goals and customer needs.
Analyzing market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product innovation and improvement.
Facilitating cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment and efficient execution of product initiatives.
Supporting and mentoring team members by sharing expertise and encouraging professional growth.
Driving continuous improvement in product delivery processes to enhance quality and reduce time-to-market.
