The Product and Retail Manager develops, coordinates, and implements tactical plans that support the council’s product programs, retail operations, and customer care services. This position is responsible for organizing and managing product program activities, retail operations, and customer service functions in alignment with council goals, policies, standards, and GSUSA guidelines. The Product and Retail Manager supports increased product program participation and sales by overseeing day-to-day product program operations, volunteer support, training, promotions, and vendor relationships. This role also supports retail and customer care operations by ensuring high-quality service, effective merchandising, and operational efficiency for internal and external customers. This position is responsible for financial planning and analysis related to product programs and retail operations, including budget management, sales forecasting, inventory planning, revenue tracking, and ensuring financial performance aligns with council objectives.
