About The Position

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Products & Industrial Cyber Security Manager to join our Cyber Security Team based in Grand Prairie, TX. This position is responsible to lead the Security governance activities to protect and ensure resilience of Helicopters (Products), Services associated & Industrial systems, civilian and military assets of Airbus Helicopters in North America (USA + Canada) scope against current and emerging threats during the whole life-cycle. You will act as a digital security enabler for Business Functions.

Requirements

  • Four year college degree in Systems Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering/Automation, Industrial Security/Operational Technology, Information Technology, Cyber Security, Manufacturing Automation, or similar disciplines or equivalent experience
  • Ten years experience in an Information Technology position
  • Up to 20% Domestic and International Travel involved
  • Able to work in the US without need of visa sponsorship, ability to travel to Canada and Europe
  • Experience with Cyber Security technology and controls such as anti-virus tools, endpoint detection and response, or other security operations tools
  • Ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written form in English
  • Deep knowledge on Operational Technology and Digital Security associated
  • Deep knowledge in aviation safety and security regulation and standards associated
  • Deep knowledge in Product Security Design for civilian and military scope
  • Deep knowledge in Product Digital Security governance, processes, risk and compliance management
  • Deep knowledge in the field of IT Architectures & Services and cyber security for both civil and military ecosystems
  • Deep knowledge of security vulnerability and incident management
  • Deep knowledge of security risk analysis
  • Deep knowledge of technologies dealing with cyberspace (software, e-services, cloud, cryptology, AI, cyber-surveillance)
  • Ability to work in the US without current, or future, need of visa sponsorship/work authorization is required for external candidates for this position.

Responsibilities

  • Adapt & support Products & Industrial Digital Security Policy in a Global security risk-based approach and support the Business to apply it.
  • Ensure Digital security is Business (Engineering, Support & Services, Operations) driven: Enable the Business to onboard the Products & Industrial Digital Security.
  • Support the Business to define & manage Products Digital & Industrial Security Roadmap & Budget associated and monitor them.
  • Define and manage the Products & Industrial Digital Security Governance & Risk & Compliance in accordance with Strategic and Tactical Digital Security Plans from the Group.
  • Define and manage Products & Industrial Digital Security process and support the flow down to Business process.
  • Support Business/transversal functions to ensure Protection and Resilience of Products & Industrial Digital Security critical assets.
  • Participate to define, implement and manage an Information Security Management System (ISMS).
  • Support all entities of the company that deal with the security of Products & Industrial Digital Security by sharing good practices, experience or means and by allowing to set up collaboration axes or to develop synergies.
  • Support compliance for Aviation security for safety regulation coming from airworthiness authorities (EASA & FAA).
  • Support compliance for National & International security regulation applying on systems and aircraft in collaboration with regional CISO (defense and civil).
  • Contribute to emerging regulation and standards dealing with aviation security in international bodies such as RTCA SC216, FAA, DOT...
  • Oversees the deployment of the resources necessary to implement and operate the activities required to accomplish the missions and objectives defined in strategic objectives and roadmap in relation to Products & Industrial Digital Security.
  • Support Products Digital Security Awareness to AH employees in the region.
  • Ensure subcontractors activities management (if any).
  • Connect ideas, initiatives, and projects together although they seem to belong to different perimeters as long as security is a common driver, keeping a global mindset and wide knowledge of the customer’s & supplier’s security needs and their digital ecosystem.
  • Support security audits associated to Product & Industrial Digital Security scope.
  • Manage vulnerability and incident processes for Product & Industrial Digital Security.
  • Follow-up security incidents addressing Products & Industrial Digital Security.
  • Continuously develop a strategic view on security best practices for customers and innovations that could make security as seamless as possible and ability to adapt them for in service helicopter fleets.
  • Support the Crisis Team on Product & Industrial Digital Security security events.
  • Collaborate with Physical Security Team for Products & Industrial Digital Security scope.
  • Support Supply Chain Digital Security Leader for Products & Industrial Digital Security.
  • Maintain a reliable external civil and military network and take actively part in a community of Product & Industrial Digital Security Officers to share and benchmark trends and innovations.
