About The Position

Magnetics is a digital company that develops and scales its own online products across competitive and fast-paced markets. Founded in 2014, we rely on data, bold hypotheses, and user experience to grow efficiently. We are looking for an insightful and detail-oriented Product Analyst to strengthen our analytics team and contribute to data-driven decision-making for our key business units.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in data analytics with a focus on product metrics
  • Proficient SQL (PostgreSQL), Google Sheets, and Excel
  • Solid foundation in statistics and probability
  • Strong data visualization skills (preferably Tableau)
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (product, payments, marketing, retention, etc.)
  • Excellent analytical thinking, self-organization, and attention to detail
  • Ability to clearly present insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • English - at least Intermediate (read documentation)

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of column-oriented storages (e.g., BigQuery, AWS Athena)
  • Strong GA4 analysis skills (analytics only — no setup required)

Responsibilities

  • Monitoring and analyzing key product and payment funnel metrics
  • Working with user segments (incl. high-value customers)
  • Identifying anomalies in KPIs and finding their root causes
  • Generating hypotheses and uncovering growth opportunities
  • Supporting the development of our BI infrastructure (database + Tableau dashboards)
  • Contributing to business planning and modeling
