About The Position

Fiserv is a global leader in Fintech and payments, connecting financial institutions, corporations, merchants, and consumers. The Product Analyst role is part of the AccessOne Product Team. AccessOne is a Fiserv product managed and hosted by a contracted third-party development vendor. It supports ISO clients by providing merchant boarding, account maintenance, transactional reporting (authorizations, settlement, and chargebacks), risk management, residuals, profitability, statements, 1099-K reporting, and APIs for integration. This position involves frequent interaction with the third-party vendor and, eventually, direct engagement with ISO/Client users. As a business analyst, the individual will play a crucial role in supporting and enhancing the AccessOne product.

Requirements

• Experience with basic project management skills.

• General Knowledge of Fiserv’s Omaha and North BE processes and procedures.
• General Knowledge and usage of FDPOS, Control Center (Business Track/ClientLine Enterprise (CLX), Merchant Manager
• Project Management certification or experience

Responsibilities

• Primary role would be to support the Management team.
• Participate in meetings with the rest of the product team and the third-party development team.
• Utilize available tools such as JIRA, SharePoint, Confluence and others to help manage all aspects of our product life cycle.
• Ensure communications with ISO support team members to ensure projects stay on track.
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as CSA support for the ISOs Clients, as well as technical teams.
• Research incoming questions and issues directed to the Product Team and provide status as to progress.
