About The Position

Fundraise Up is seeking a Product Analyst to join the Elements team. This role focuses on "elements" which are features designed to capture donor attention and streamline the donation process for non-profit organizations. The Elements team is responsible for recommendations, placement, and performance of these features, aiming to increase donation conversion rates. The Product Analyst will be instrumental in running A/B tests, conducting product research, and developing data marts and dashboards to inform product decisions. The company is a modern fundraising platform trusted by major non-profits like UNICEF, the American Heart Association, and the Alzheimer’s Association, facilitating tens of millions of dollars in donations monthly. They serve the enterprise segment with a primary client base in the US, Canada, UK, and Australia. The product development team is over 150 people, with members located internationally and primarily communicating in Russian. The team is described as tight-knit, high-impact, dynamic, and collaborative, with a focus on knowledge sharing and excellence.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Product Analyst.
  • A strong foundation in mathematical statistics and probability theory.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL.
  • Expertise in Python and its data analysis libraries (NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, Scikit-learn).
  • Hands-on experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Metabase).
  • Strong written English for clear documentation and communication.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a passion for solving complex problems.

Responsibilities

  • Develop metric trees.
  • Find insights in data, conduct research, and help the product team identify growth opportunities.
  • Design and build data marts.
  • Develop and maintain BI dashboards.
  • Run A/B tests.
  • Work with Element Adoption and their impact on donation conversion.
  • Handle ad-hoc requests from product teams.
