About The Position
Victor is seeking a Product Analyst to join its ProWriters team in Malvern, Pennsylvania. This hybrid role supports the growth and ongoing evolution of Digital IQ, ProWriters’ proprietary specialty insurance platform. It is suited to a detail-oriented professional interested in product, strategy, operations, and technology, with an opportunity to grow toward product management. The position requires working in the office at least three days per week.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, or a closely related field, or at least one year of experience in a product, business-analysis, or similar role.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfort with technology and working with data.
- High proficiency in Excel.
Nice To Haves
- Consulting, banking, and/or insurance industry experience.
- Experience with SQL and database tools.
- Entrepreneurial mindset.
Responsibilities
- Work with product managers and engineers to support carrier integrations and other third-party API integrations.
- Assist in defining product requirements and writing functional documentation.
- Monitor feature adoption and user behavior to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct user research, usage analysis, and competitive research to inform product decisions.
- Perform quality assurance testing, track bugs, and help triage production issues.
