This multi-faceted role will be initially responsible for delighting our clients by providing exceptional interactions with troubleshooting questions and requests and addressing client-reported issues. The Analyst will have the opportunity to collaborate across the full product lifecycle, ensuring solutions are delivered with quality and continuously improved based on real-world usage. The Product Analyst may lead the elicitation and elaboration of requirements for large-scale, enterprise software solutions and partner closely with clients to understand complex, industry-specific challenges and translates those needs into clear, actionable requirements for engineering teams. Over time, this role may own client engagement for production applications, operating as a key driver of the product feedback loop. Through direct client interaction, issue triage, and root cause analysis, the Analyst identifies opportunities to improve the product, enhance user experience, and inform the product roadmap. This position requires strong attention to detail and communication skills, balanced with technical and analytical thinking to bridge business needs and software design.
