Product Alliance Director, Technology Partnerships - AWS

Treasure AINew York, NY
$211,000 - $225,000Hybrid

About The Position

Treasure AI is seeking a Product Alliance Director, Technology Partnerships - AWS to own and grow our most strategically important hyperscaler relationship. This role is the dedicated product owner for Treasure AI's presence within the Amazon Web Services ecosystem — spanning Amazon Bedrock, AWS Marketplace, Amazon SageMaker, Amazon Redshift, S3, and the broader set of AWS data and AI services our customers rely on. This is not a traditional partnership manager role. We are looking for someone who is deeply fluent in the AWS AI/ML stack — especially Amazon Bedrock — and who can operate as a credible technical counterpart to AWS solution architects, partner development managers, and engineering leads. At the same time, you will bring the business acumen to map joint go-to-market opportunities, influence pipeline through co-sell motions, and represent Treasure AI at the highest levels of the AWS partner network. You will work independently across product, sales, and marketing without requiring R&D support in routine partner engagements. When deep engineering discussions arise, you know how to identify the right moment to bring them in — and how to frame the conversation before you do.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in product management, technical partnerships, solutions engineering, or a similar role in a B2B SaaS, data, or AI company.
  • Hands-on fluency with Amazon Bedrock — including Agents, Knowledge Bases, model APIs, and Guardrails. You have built with it or advised customers building on it.
  • Deep familiarity with the AWS ecosystem: Redshift, S3, Glue, SageMaker, EventBridge, Lake Formation, IAM, and the AWS Partner Network (APN / ISV Accelerate).
  • Demonstrated ability to hold architecture-level technical conversations independently — with AWS SAs, customer engineers, or partner technical teams.
  • Proven track record driving partnership-influenced revenue through co-sell programs, Marketplace listings, or joint GTM motions.
  • Strong AI fluency — actively uses LLM-based tools in daily work; can rapid-prototype, draft, and iterate without designer or engineer support.
  • Exceptional ability to communicate across audiences — from a whiteboard session with cloud architects to an executive QBR with AWS leadership.
  • High independence — thrives without heavy process structure; makes sound decisions and drives outcomes in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.

Nice To Haves

  • AWS certification(s): Solutions Architect, Machine Learning Specialty, or equivalent.
  • Experience with Amazon Bedrock Agents and multi-agent architectures for enterprise AI applications.
  • Prior experience working within or alongside an AWS ISV Partner organization.
  • Background in CDP, customer data platforms, or marketing technology.
  • Familiarity with AWS Clean Rooms, Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC), or AWS-native identity resolution patterns.
  • Experience working on AWS Marketplace private offers, contract pricing, or CPPO (Channel Partner Private Offer) structures.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as Treasure AI's primary product liaison to Amazon Web Services, owning the end-to-end partner relationship including joint roadmap, marketplace presence, and co-innovation programs.
  • Manage and grow Treasure AI's standing in the AWS Partner Network (APN), including ISV Accelerate, AWS Marketplace listings, and co-sell pipeline reporting.
  • Own the relationship with AWS Partner Development Managers (PDMs), Service Team Alliances leads, and Bedrock/SageMaker product teams.
  • Lead joint Executive Business Reviews and quarterly planning sessions with AWS stakeholders.
  • Serve as Treasure AI's internal subject matter expert on Amazon Bedrock — including model invocation APIs, Agents for Bedrock, Knowledge Bases, Guardrails, and the broader Bedrock ecosystem.
  • Identify and validate integration opportunities between Treasure AI's customer data platform and Bedrock-powered AI applications — including agentic workflows, personalization, and real-time inference.
  • Evaluate AWS AI/ML service launches (SageMaker, Bedrock updates, Amazon Q, AWS Glue AI) for product and partnership implications; brief internal stakeholders proactively.
  • Lead architecture-level conversations with AWS solution architects and customer technical teams without requiring engineering support in initial scoping phases.
  • Drive integration strategy around Amazon Redshift, S3, AWS Glue, Lake Formation, and EventBridge as Treasure AI data ingestion and activation surfaces.
  • Work with product and engineering to ensure Treasure AI's platform is optimized for AWS-native deployments — VPC peering, PrivateLink, IAM federation, and cloud-native security patterns.
  • Maintain awareness of relevant AWS data service roadmaps and translate them into actionable integration requirements for Treasure AI's engineering backlog.
  • Partner with Sales and Solutions Engineering to map ICP target accounts where AWS co-sell and Marketplace motions accelerate deal velocity.
  • Develop joint solution briefs, AWS-specific sales plays, and co-marketing content that help field teams position Treasure AI within the AWS ecosystem.
  • Track and report on partnership-influenced pipeline, Marketplace ACE submissions, and co-sell win rates on a regular cadence.
  • Support AWS-focused demand generation activities including re:Invent, AWS Summits, and partner-sponsored events.
  • Self-sufficiently produce high-quality assets — branded decks, one-pagers, competitive briefs, Bedrock integration narratives — using AI-assisted tooling without relying on design or marketing support.
  • Rapidly prototype AWS integration concepts and joint use cases to validate feasibility and build internal alignment before engaging engineering resources.
  • Operate with a builder's mindset: use AI tools to move faster, communicate more clearly, and compress the time between idea and execution.
