About The Position

Campus Honda Victoria is currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Product Advisor to join our dealership. This position is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting new people, creating strong customer relationships, and assisting clients in selecting the Honda vehicle that best suits their needs. As a Product Advisor, you will help customers throughout the entire vehicle purchase experience, from the initial consultation and vehicle selection to the final delivery. By providing knowledgeable guidance, answering questions, and recommending the right vehicle, you will deliver an outstanding customer experience while proudly representing the Honda brand.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Eligible to obtain a VSA license.
• Must be available all days of the week, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong work ethic with a high level of energy and motivation to succeed.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer focused mindset with the ability to build rapport and trust.
• Highly organized with the ability to multi task and follow up consistently.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced sales environment.
• This role requires successful candidates to submit a satisfactory Driver’s Abstract.

Nice To Haves

• Previous sales or customer service experience is a strong asset, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Guiding customers through the entire vehicle purchase journey, while delivering a premium customer experience aligned with the Honda brand.
• Welcome and assist customers in a professional and engaging manner, both in store and through phone and online inquiries.
• Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable vehicle options.
• Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives.
• Present pricing, financing options, and assist in structuring deals in collaboration with management.
• Maintain accurate and consistent follow up using CRM tools to manage leads and customer relationships.
• Coordinate vehicle deliveries and ensure a seamless handover experience.
• Continuously develop product knowledge and stay up to date on OEM features, technology, and market trends.
• Contribute to team success by maintaining a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
