About The Position

Jim Pattison Subaru Coquitlam is looking for a driven, energetic, and results-focused Product Advisor to join their growing Sales Team. This role involves working directly with customers throughout the vehicle-buying process, from understanding their needs and presenting the right vehicle to negotiating deals and building long-term relationships. The Product Advisor will act as a consultant, guiding customers through the entire vehicle purchase journey while delivering a premium customer experience aligned with the Subaru brand.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Eligible to obtain a VSA license.
• Must be available all days of the week, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong work ethic with a high level of energy and motivation to succeed.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer focused mindset with the ability to build rapport and trust.
• Highly organized with the ability to multi task and follow up consistently.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast paced sales environment.
• Successful candidates to submit a satisfactory Driver’s Abstract.

Nice To Haves

• Previous automotive sales experience is an asset, but not required.
• Previous sales or customer service experience is a strong asset, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in a professional and engaging manner, both in store and through phone and online inquiries.
• Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable vehicle options.
• Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives.
• Present pricing, financing options, and assist in structuring deals in collaboration with management.
• Maintain accurate and consistent follow up using CRM tools to manage leads and customer relationships.
• Coordinate vehicle deliveries and ensure a seamless handover experience.
• Continuously develop product knowledge and stay up to date on OEM features, technology, and market trends.
• Contribute to team success by maintaining a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
