About The Position

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking an Associate Product Acceptance Specialist (Level B) to join our Boeing Helena Quality team located in Helena, Montana. This role involves verifying product conformance to design requirements and providing objective evidence of results. The specialist will validate work instructions, tooling requirements, certifications, process standards, policies, and procedures. They will also identify and document discrepancies, control non-conforming items, and perform preliminary review and disposition of non-conformance. Additionally, the role includes conducting product reviews with the customer during product or process verification, identifying repetitive or significant non-conformances to initiate corrective action requests, and operating CMM (coordinate measurement machine) and metrology (laser operations).

Requirements

3+ years of experience with Quality Assurance or Technical Inspection
3+ years of experience in conducting Compliance, Foreign Object Debris (FOD), Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA), Tool Control and/or Audit assessments
Ability to work any shift based on the needs of the operation

Nice To Haves

Proficient in all forms of NCR and EPD generation (NCR/RGEN/PU/SAT/SRR/PU and RGEN Revision, etc.)
Must maintain all necessary certifications to perform the job
