This is a confidential search for an award-winning, independent mortgage banker that is expanding its Texas footprint. The Managing Partner of the company will be in San Antonio shortly and is personally meeting with top candidates. Interviews are scheduling now. A well-established, privately held mortgage banker, recognized as a Top Workplace and rated 4.9/5 by its own employees, is looking for a seasoned Producing Branch Manager or Senior Retail Loan Officer to anchor and grow its San Antonio presence. Requirements

Active NMLS Mortgage Loan Originator license.
Minimum 3 years continuous retail residential mortgage origination as primary employment, most recent role within the past 12 months.
Self-sourced book of business — referral-based production (realtors, builders, CPAs).
Proven production track record in the US mortgage market.
US residency and work authorization — no visa sponsorship available.

Experience recruiting, leading, or mentoring a team of loan officers (Preferred — Branch Manager track).
