About The Position

Our team is growing and we're looking for a Producer to grow with us. You're organized, proactive, great with numbers—and even better at creative problem solving. You will manage all aspects of pre-production, production, and post-production across a diverse range of clients and channels. This role interfaces with Account Services, Creative, Finance, clients, and department leads, so strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. You'll work with a range of people: some with deep production experience, others who need guidance. You'll help shape work across TV, OTT, radio, photography, social content, and more—from traditional broadcast shoots with external partners to scrappy social content and fully AI-driven video created in-house. You know how to make work you're proud of while balancing creative ambition with budget, timelines, and logistics. When challenges arise, you're able to clearly communicate both the issue and the solution.

Requirements

  • Creatively sharp with strong production instincts—you bring ideas to life while balancing project parameters
  • Highly organized, with the flexibility to adapt to existing systems and processes
  • Able to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously without losing your cool
  • Comfortable working across cross-functional teams, agency leadership, and clients
  • Proactive, with a hunger for learning and taking on more responsibility
  • Curious about AI as a tool to improve and evolve production workflows
  • Self-motivated and outspoken, with patience for mentoring and genuine investment in team growth
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus, but not required—strong production experience is equally valued
  • 3–5 years of experience producing in an agency, production company, or freelance capacity
  • Solid understanding of traditional, digital, and emerging advertising channels
  • Strong knowledge of talent rights and usage terms; union experience is a plus
  • Familiarity with all production roles (camera, lighting, editorial, sound, etc.); hands-on experience is a plus
  • Production accounting experience, including estimating, purchase orders, and budget reconciliation
  • Understanding of video specs and codecs; ability to speak an editor's language and review assets for accuracy
  • Experience with broadcast media trafficking is a plus
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, etc.) is a plus
  • Awareness of current production trends, standout creative work, and the companies behind it

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of pre-production, production, and post-production across multiple simultaneous projects and clients
  • Bid jobs, assemble crews, and supervise external production partners
  • Negotiate usage rights, understand intellectual property terms, and ensure proper licensing
  • Track budgets, process purchase orders, and handle budget reconciliation with precision
  • Source and manage freelance crew for both production and post-production work
  • Serve as the key production liaison for Account Services, Creative, Finance, clients, and department leads
  • Communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels—from those with deep production backgrounds to those who need guidance
  • Educate teams on what's realistic and what it takes to execute at each budget and timeline
  • Mentor junior talent and help grow the team's production capabilities
  • Produce work across TV, OTT, radio, photography, social content, and more
  • Adapt production approaches fluidly—from traditional broadcast shoots to scrappy social content to fully AI-driven video created in-house
  • Shift between projects and clients seamlessly, maintaining quality and momentum across the board
