About The Position

Patriot Growth Insurance Services is seeking an experienced Producer to grow an established or transportable book of business across personal lines, commercial lines, or both. The role is intended for someone with a proven production history and consistent new-business results, and offers a platform for further growth through national carrier access, agency resources, and collaboration with account managers, underwriters, and other producers. The Producer will prospect and close new business, build long-term client and referral relationships, and work with internal partners on marketing and quoting competitive proposals. The role also includes leveraging Patriot’s carrier relationships and platform and mentoring newer producers on prospecting and closing. The position is hybrid, with three days on-site in Media, Pennsylvania.

Requirements

Active Property & Casualty license.
Proven production history and an established or transportable book of business; typically five or more years of producer experience.
Track record of consistent new-business production, with references or results that can be verified.
Working knowledge of coverage forms, exposures, and marketing strategy across primary lines of business.

Responsibilities

Bring and grow an established book of business.
