About The Position

TelevisaUnivision is looking for a Producer to join our team! This role involves collaborating with writers, directors, and stakeholders to develop concepts and scripts, securing rights, talent, and funding, and creating and pitching proposals. The Producer will assemble the production team, oversee casting, location scouting, and equipment procurement, and manage daily operations on set or location. Responsibilities also include resolving issues related to budget, scheduling, or creative direction, ensuring the production stays on time and on budget, and working closely with post-production teams for quality control. Additionally, the role involves coordinating marketing materials and distribution strategies, and ensuring compliance with labor laws, union rules, and safety standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience in producing content (TV, film, digital media, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of production processes and entertainment industry trends.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments.
• Strong budgeting and financial management skills.
• Experience with production management software (e.g., Movie Magic, Final Draft).
• Network of industry contacts (talent agents, production companies, etc.).
• Creative mindset with business acumen.
