Requirements

• Proven experience in producing content (TV, film, digital media, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of production processes and entertainment industry trends.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments.
• Strong budgeting and financial management skills.
• Experience with production management software (e.g., Movie Magic, Final Draft).
• Network of industry contacts (talent agents, production companies, etc.).
• Creative mindset with business acumen

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with writers, directors, and stakeholders to develop concepts and scripts.
• Secure rights, talent, and funding for projects.
• Create and pitch proposals to networks, studios, or investors.
• Assemble the production team (director, cinematographer, editor, etc.).
• Oversee casting, location scouting, and equipment procurement.
• Manage daily operations on set or location.
• Resolve issues related to budget, scheduling, or creative direction.
• Ensure the production stays on time and on budget.
• Work closely with post-production teams to ensure quality control.
• Coordinate marketing materials and distribution strategies.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, union rules, and safety standards.
