About The Position

The UFC is seeking a highly skilled bilingual (Spanish/English), creative producer that is responsible for executing various UFC Production initiatives and projects, including cable/network TV shows/specials, original programming, content development, feature production, and advertising collateral in all media. This person, with strong storytelling skills, is responsible for a wide variety of productions from live productions to long/short-form productions, from full-length documentaries to promotional spots for our linear television and digital platforms. The ideal candidate is bilingual, thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment. Line producer for UFC studio initiatives, both live and taped programming. Produces long-form programming, including full-length documentaries, compilation shows and studio-based series, for linear television networks, media partners, and our own OTT service, UFC Fight Pass. Produces short-form content, including promotional spots/trailers, features, opens/teases, and more, across all media platforms. Develops innovative programming ideas, builds show formats, pitches new concepts, writes scripts for cold opens, teases, features and promotional spots. Leads multiple projects simultaneously, from concept to completion, while efficiently managing production budgets and delivery schedules. Work closely with producers, directors and editors on collaborative projects. Facilitates effective communications between departments (marketing, sales, creative, PR, digital, sponsorship, etc.) and with external parties (media partners, corporate sponsors, production vendors, etc.). Provide general editing, sound design and color correction. Continually raises the bar for innovative producing and creative storytelling, and inspires others to do their best work. Other tasks, projects, and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years professional experience producing in studio, or remote, environment
Demonstrable, relevant experience creating and producing compelling programming of various genres, formats and lengths, for all media platforms.
Management experience, strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Must be highly proficient in HD workflow, Adobe Premier, Avid Media Composer, Final Cut Studio Suite, After Effects, and Photoshop.
Proficiency in all facets of production process required.
Must be able to work both independently and collaboratively on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
Must be knowledgeable about the latest editing techniques and visual trends.
College degree preferred, High School diploma or equivalent GED required.
Must possess the ability to communicate effectively in Spanish/English, orally and in writing.
Must have working knowledge of basic administrative office computer programs, on Mac and Windows PC workstations.

Nice To Haves

Experience with working for an agency, post-production company or broadcast creative team is a plus.
Experience in a sports environment is a plus
Knowledge of MMA is a plus.
