About The Position

And one of the fastest-growing global sports brands is leading the charge. Maslow Media Group is partnering with an innovative sports brand at the center of pickleball’s explosive growth to hire a Video Producer / Shooter-Editor who can capture the energy of modern sports culture and translate it into compelling digital content. This role will be onsite in Rockville, MD. This is a creative role for someone who thrives both behind the camera and in the edit bay. If you’re equally comfortable shooting fast-paced sports action, lighting interviews, capturing clean audio, and crafting dynamic edits that engage millions of fans, this role is for you. You’ll produce everything from professional tournament coverage and athlete features to product campaigns, podcasts, and social-first content seen by fans around the world. If you love sports, storytelling, and fast-moving production environments, this is your chance to help shape the visual identity of a rapidly growing global brand. You’ll produce a wide variety of content, including: Professional sports tournament coverage Athlete and celebrity interviews Product launches and marketing campaigns Social-first video content for digital platforms Podcast and studio-based productions Event coverage and behind-the-scenes storytelling Global brand and marketing campaigns

Requirements

  • Experience as a Video Producer, Shooter-Editor, or Videographer
  • Strong ability to shoot sports, lifestyle, branded, or documentary content
  • Comfort managing camera operation, lighting setups, and professional audio
  • Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Experience with Final Cut Pro
  • Experience with Adobe After Effects
  • Understanding of cameras, lenses, lighting kits, and microphones
  • Ability to manage media workflows, file organization, and delivery specs
  • Strong sense of pacing, emotion, and visual storytelling
  • Ability to transform raw footage into engaging digital content
  • Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced creative environments
  • Strong organization and communication skills
  • Comfortable wearing multiple production hats

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with motion graphics, color grading, and audio mixing is a plus.
  • Experience with sports, lifestyle, or branded content is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Plan shoots, scout locations, and prepare production gear
  • Execute productions from setup through final delivery
  • Manage media workflows and project timelines
  • Capture dynamic sports, lifestyle, and interview content
  • Operate cameras, lenses, lighting setups, and audio equipment
  • Shoot professional sporting events, athlete features, and brand campaigns
  • Transform raw footage into polished, high-impact content
  • Edit video for social, digital, web, broadcast, and marketing campaigns
  • Incorporate music, sound design, motion graphics, and color grading
  • Deliver platform-optimized content across multiple channels
  • Partner with marketing, brand, and content teams to bring campaigns to life
  • Contribute creative ideas and visual storytelling concepts
  • Conduct interviews with athletes, partners, and influencers when needed
