About The Position

ServiceMaster is looking for a dependable and motivated Janitorial Troubleshooter to join their team in the Albuquerque area. This position is perfect for someone who is flexible, reliable, and enjoys working at different locations while helping cover cleaning assignments. The role involves providing janitorial coverage at multiple customer locations, performing general cleaning duties, filling in for absent employees, and assisting with special cleaning projects. Travel between job sites using your own vehicle is required.

Requirements

• Must have reliable transportation and be willing to drive your own vehicle (paid mileage provided)
• Must have a smartphone to clock in/out and receive work assignments
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
• Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work independently

Nice To Haves

• Previous janitorial experience is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide janitorial coverage at multiple customer locations
• Perform general cleaning duties including: Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
• Dusting and disinfecting
• Cleaning restrooms
• Emptying trash
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Fill in for employees who are absent or assist with special cleaning projects
• Travel between job sites using your own vehicle
