About The Position

Dentsu Creative is a global creative agency network designed to unlock exponential growth for clients. We use Transformative Creativity as a differentiating, driving force to bring our capabilities together to positively impact people, businesses and society. Established in June 2022, Dentsu Creative is integrated with dentsu’s Media and CXM businesses in over 145 countries and regions, to offer Integrated Growth Solutions. We’re on the hunt for a Producer, Integrated Production —someone who can take a great idea, elevate it, and launch it into the world without flinching at budgets, timelines, or the occasional curveball. Reporting to an Executive Producer, you’ll lead small and midsized projects, while supporting large integrated projects with confidence and craft.

Requirements

  • 3 years minimum agency or production experience
  • Demonstrated experience producing small to midsize projects independently, including development of production specs and schedules, leading projects from pre-production through final delivery
  • Experience assessing feasibility of creative projects and proposing production solutions that push the quality of work forward
  • Endlessly curious, production-obsessed, and always chasing clever solutions

Responsibilities

  • Elevate the creative by finding versatile solutions to keep good ideas alive and make them even stronger as they evolve into fully realized projects.
  • Determine what’s possible within the realities of budget, timing, and scope—and how to make it great anyway.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams of art directors, copywriters, designers, account management, project managers, creators, editors, and animators.
  • Guide junior talent and share production wisdom to help the whole department level up.
  • Develop and curate a trusted network of partners and go-to resources for any kind of production challenge.
  • Engage with multi-discipline teams, vendor procurement and management, and ensure overall quality of work of deliverables and workstreams for integrated productions (<500k).
  • Work hand-in-hand with Business Affairs from concept to delivery, understanding AICP and AICE bid formats, evaluating for accuracy, and securing permits, releases, usage terms, and other rights clearances.
  • Track and actualize production budgets.
  • Apply basic knowledge of SAG-AFTRA talent guidelines, usage terms, and payments to keep everything compliant and smooth.
  • Manage meetings, notes, status reports, task lists, and deadline tracking to ensure everyone knows what’s happening, why, and what comes next, both internally and externally.
  • Anticipate a project’s trajectory and put strategic plans in place to steer rather than just react.
  • Lead post-project summaries and share learnings that help make the next job even better.
