About The Position
At IGT, we design and build casino games played by millions of players worldwide. For our Vibe studio we’re searching for talented Game Producer based in Reno, NV who are passionate about creating engaging game experiences, driving collaboration across teams, and improving game development processes. As a Game Producer you will help us create our casino games for a global audience by managing production. This role focuses on planning, executing, and delivering casino games developed by our teams.
Requirements
- 1-3 years managing casino games or technical projects with 1-3 years of project management experience.
- Associates degree is required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven track record delivering quality products on time; familiar with Agile, localization, and internationalization best practices.
- Strong communication, self-driven, proactive, and independent.

Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate digital casino game development projects as the main point of contact.
- Define project vision, scope, and schedule, while providing regular feedback and tracking progress.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure smooth team communication.
- Identify and resolve project blockers, assess risks, and create backup plans when needed.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time and aligned with the game vision.
