About The Position

SiriusXM is a leading audio entertainment company in North America. The Fantasy Sports Radio Producer will be responsible for all aspects of producing a live daily show, including guest booking, research, promotion/social media, studio/technical operations, and production. A strong sense of sports awareness is important for this position. The role involves collaborating with hosts to develop content, booking and managing guests, ensuring sound quality of audio feeds, handling audience interactions, and fact-checking content. The producer will also stay updated on industry trends and social media best practices to identify new content opportunities.

Requirements

Minimum 2+ Years of Overall Experience.
Previous production experience within radio and/or live studio environment required.
Strong time management and ability to multitask.
Proficient in Adobe Audition or other audio editing software.
Technical proficiency with broadcast software and audio equipment.
Creative mindset and good editorial judgment.
Ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced live environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Must have legal rights to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

Monitor and manage live and pre-taped audio feeds to ensure sound quality.

Manage guest logistics and ensure guests understand show flow and timing.
Identify, curate, edit and format content, including a full run of show.
Fact-check to ensure all content, quality, and legal standards.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, social media best practices, and emerging platforms to identify new opportunities for content creation and audience engagement.
