The ideal candidate is an intuitive editor with a strong sense of storytelling, a deep understanding of short-form content, and a passion for the Buccaneers, football, and culture. This candidate is someone who can move from project to project with purpose and urgency when required. The ability to operate a camera is preferred. The primary duty of this position is the creation of original creative video content, including conceptualization, shooting, editing, sound design, and storytelling, requiring invention, imagination, originality, and talent in cinematic and short-form video.
