About The Position

The Produce Team Member may work in any store department, including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End. The role focuses on providing excellent guest service, helping guests find products and create meal solutions, maintaining product knowledge, stocking and merchandising items, and assisting with store upkeep. Team members are expected to present themselves professionally and follow uniform standards.

Requirements

• A passion for providing extraordinary service.
• At least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to learn their wants and needs and help them create meal solutions.
• Maintain knowledge of products and weekly ad items throughout the store.
• Work across departments to assist guests.
• Merchandise and stock products and specialty items throughout the day.
• Assist nearby guests while stocking and merchandising.
• Gather shopping carts from the parking lot.
• Assist with general housekeeping duties throughout the store.
• Present oneself professionally, including adhering to uniform standards.
