About The Position

This is a full-time hourly position in the Produce Section, responsible for its day-to-day operation. The primary duties include ordering, stocking, preparing value-added selections, merchandising, rotation, cooler organization, record keeping, inventory (Backstock Control), housekeeping, and customer relations on the salesfloor. Secondary duties include related activities as required or assigned. The company is an employee-owned chain of 13 grocery stores located in northeast Ohio, emphasizing quality and customer care, and operating under the principle of "Putting People First". Requirements

• Must be available to be scheduled 35+ hours a week
• Must be available to work nights and weekends based on department needs
• Able to work well with minimal supervision
• Mature
• Reliable
• Dependable
