This is an hourly position in the Value-Added Section, responsible for its day-to-day operation. The primary duties include ordering, stocking, preparing value-added selections, merchandising, rotation, cooler organization, record keeping, inventory (Backstock Control), housekeeping, and customer relations on the sales floor. Secondary duties include related activities as required or assigned. The company is an employee-owned chain of 13 grocery stores in northeast Ohio, emphasizing quality and customer care, and operating under the principle of 'Putting People First'.
