Additionally, the role requires meticulous record-keeping, preparation of work schedules, stocking and merchandising, accurate pricing, and maintaining product freshness through rotation. Basic housekeeping duties, safe operation of equipment, and ensuring appropriate temperature controls for produce storage are also key responsibilities. The position requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, work in temperature extremes (down to 32 degrees in coolers), and stand or walk for extended periods at a rapid pace.
