About The Position
Oryana Community Co-op is seeking a full-time Produce Lead for our West location. The Produce Lead supports the Produce team in providing an exceptional customer experience, ensuring product is stocked in a timely manner and other operational tasks are completed according to department procedures. This position must also be able to fulfill the responsibilities of the Produce Stocker role. Team members work hard and have fun maintaining a beautiful and abundant selection for our shoppers.
Requirements
- Full time availability.
- Ability and willingness to work weekends and/or evening hours.
- Must be able to regularly move/transport up to 25 lbs.
- Must be able to occasionally move/transport up to 50 lbs.

- Passion for quality produce.
- Prior supervisory experience.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the Produce team in providing an exceptional customer experience.
- Ensuring product is stocked in a timely manner.
- Completing other operational tasks according to department procedures.
- Fulfilling the responsibilities of the Produce Stocker role.
