About The Position

Oryana Community Co-op is seeking a full-time Produce Lead for its West location. The Produce Lead supports the Produce team in providing an exceptional customer experience, ensuring product is stocked in a timely manner and other operational tasks are completed according to department procedures. This position must also be able to fulfill the responsibilities of the Produce Stocker role.

Requirements

• Full-time availability.
• Ability and willingness to work weekends and/or evening hours.
• Must be able to regularly move/transport up to 25 lbs., and occasionally up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining a beautiful and abundant selection of produce for shoppers.
• Supporting the Produce team in providing an exceptional customer experience.
• Ensuring product is stocked in a timely manner.
• Completing other operational tasks according to department procedures.
• Fulfilling the responsibilities of the Produce Stocker role.
