About The Position

The Produce Head Clerk helps lead and support the department team and drive operational excellence. Department teams help ensure stores are clean, organized, well-stocked, and ready to serve customers. The role contributes to merchandising, inventory management, product quality, receiving shipments, and customer service, while helping customers find what they need and have a positive shopping experience. The position supports team development, business goals, and strong customer relationships, and offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on associates, customers, and the community.
