About The Position

The Produce Head Clerk helps lead and support the department team and drive operational excellence. Department teams help ensure stores are clean, organized, well-stocked, and ready to serve customers by overseeing activities such as merchandising, inventory management, product quality, receiving shipments, and customer service. The role contributes to developing the team, achieving business goals, building strong customer relationships, and creating positive experiences for associates, customers, and the community. This is described as an entry-level position with advancement opportunity.
