About The Position

This program is a 4-12 week training period (internal 4-6 weeks, external 8-12 weeks) designed to prepare individuals for a Department Manager position. Trainees will travel within the division for training and to provide relief. The role focuses on creating an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service, establishing and maintaining a safe and clean environment, and achieving sales and profit goals for the department. Responsibilities include directing and supervising all departmental functions, supporting daily operations, and embodying the company's core values.

Requirements
