About The Position

This position involves providing friendly and courteous service to customers, stocking, rotating, and straightening product, preparing produce by washing, trimming, and wrapping, and ensuring product quality. The role requires adherence to company safety and sanitation procedures and may include other duties as assigned by store management. Training will be provided at the store level.

Requirements

• 18 years or older to apply
• Regular, reliable attendance
• Able to work in a cold, damp environment
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Working on feet for entire shift (4-8 hours)
• Minimum of six months employment with Schnucks preferred (Internal Candidates)
• Minimum of one year employment with Schnucks preferred (Store Support Center Teammates)
• Must be in good standing (not on a performance improvement plan or active discipline)
• Manager approval based on performance if invited for an interview

Responsibilities
