About The Position

This role is offering 20-25 hours per week. Candidates MUST be available till 9pm and weekends to be considered. This is not an official job description, but represents major responsibilities a new hire can expect to perform. You could expect the position of produce clerk to include the following duties.

Requirements

• Candidates MUST be available till 9pm and weekends to be considered.
• 18 yrs+ to apply
• Regular, reliable attendance is an essential function of the job.
• Minimum of six months employment with Schnucks preferred for Store/Facility Teammates.
• Minimum of one year employment with Schnucks preferred for Store Support Center Teammates.
• Must be in good standing (not on a performance improvement plan or active discipline).
• If invited for an interview, must have manager approval based on performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and courteous service to customers
• Stock, rotate and straighten product
• Water and ice down various products
• Wash trim, and wrap product
• Remove any product not meeting company quality standards
• Read and understand department signs
• Follow company safety and sanitation procedures
• Other duties may be assigned at the discretion of store management
